December 2007: Work is well advanced on the Pear Tree Gardens Development in South Normanton, Derbyshire for Meadowbrook Developments. 	December 2007: Construction works to form a new entrance at St. John's Church at Newbold, Chesterfield is close to completion.
December 2007: Work is underway to convert the brick built barn to a new dwelling at Annesley Woodhouse in Nottinghamshire.
	October 2007: The extension and restoration of this grade II listed cottage (including listed pig shed) at Joseph Street in Belper is completed.
October 2007: Work has started on site on the refurbishment to 8 Bridge Street in Belper for our clients SiR Learning Systems Ltd. The existing vacant premises is being refurbished and adapted to provide a new retail unit to Bridge Street with a new high quality office suite to the upper floors. The office suite will be accessed from a new entrance to be formed on Wellington Court.
	February 2007: Following the extensive re-roofing exercise, tender documentation has now been issued relating to the proposed shopfront refurbishment of Colledges Furniture Store in Belper.
February 2007: Detailed planning permission received for the 16 house development at Pear Tree Gardens in South Normanton, Derbyshire for Meadowbrook Developments. The houses, all specifically designed for the site and many being unique, will consist of detached executive dwellings providing three to six bedrooms. 	August 2006: Bakewell & Partners are currently overseeing construction work for a new 5 bedroom split level house at Far Laund in Belper, Derbyshire.
July 2006: Work is currently underway for the extension and restoration of this grade II listed cottage (including pig shed) at Joseph Street in Belper.
	June 2006: Construction works to form a new entrance new porch and disabled WC at St. John's Church at Newbold, Chesterfield is currently out to tender. Work is expected to start on site in early 2007.
May 2006: Construction work is almost complete on this barn conversion at Longshaw near Haversage, Derbyshire.
